Vocal Melody - Gols Coast Eisteddfod
​Strings
In week six, Ms. Milligan took 4 of the school’s string ensembles to perform at the Gold Coast Eisteddfod. All students represented the school superbly, and we are proud of their achievements.
MacGregor Strings participated in the A Grade Section, and were awarded 2nd place. Senior Strings were also placed 2nd in their B Grade Section. Camerata performed in the section for small ensembles and were awarded 3rd prize. Intermediate Strings received “honours” for their performance in the C
Grade section.
Choral
Vocal Melody and Vocal Harmony competed at the Gold Coast Eisteddfod this week with the following results
Vocal Melody – Conducted by Miss Zoe Penman were awarded First Place and Honours for their performances.
Vocal Harmony – Conducted by Miss Eloise McIntyre were awarded First Place and Honours for their performances
Gold Coast Eisteddfod is renowned for being a toughhe Gold Coast Eisteddfod is renowned for being a tough competition, so we are thrilled to see our choral students and
their Conductors achieve such success.
