Dance is a vital and energetic part of the Performing Arts Program at MacGregor. It reflects the multi-cultural life of MacGregor with an impressive array of dance styles and cultures represented. Each dance troupe has a highly qualified and motivated instructor to direct students and create age appropriate routines. Costumes are provided for each troupe. At MacGregor, dance is an important part of the whole program with participation encouraged for all aged group. An Excellence Program called Dance Excellence is led by an industry professional and seeks to extend and accelerate students through a rigorous program. Performance opportunities are throughout the year with an end of year Gala Concert.
