On Wednesday 20th MacGregor Students took time to remember the ANZAC tradition. The Day was led by our School Captains in which the students had time to reflect on the service and sacrifice of our service men and women and the freedoms won by the Armed forces of both Australia and New Zealand
A montage of video and photos depicted the legends of Gallipoli, the Dawn Services at War Memorials and the ANZAC Marches that happen across Australia and the world.
The Wind Symphony and Chamber Choir performed pieces of music and Mr Gerchow our Principal addressed the students about the traditions of ANZAC Day.
It was a respectful time in which the school leaders were able to lay wreaths for the fallen. 'LEST WE FORGET'
