Mother’s Day stall
: Covid -19 Lockdown Event Postponed
The P&C run a Mother’s Day stall and this means wrapping about 2000
presents. If you can help wrapping by taking a box home and returning it the following week please contact Anita Grady on 0415 538 689 or secretary@msspc.org.au
Mother’s Day stall is run over 2 days, Wednesday the 9th May
and Thursday the 10th of May. To make it a success, we need parents
and friends to help set up from 7.30am and then serve around 40 children every
10 minutes from 9am until 1pm. This job is made so much easier with the more
hands that are happy to help out.
MULTIDRAW - Covid 19 Lockdown Event Postponed
Multidraw is our annual raffle to raise funds for the school. The 1st
prize is a Mazda 2 and it will be drawn at Mayfest. To make it successful we
need everyone to get behind selling tickets. To your family, friends and
workmates. We also sell tickets at Sunnybank Plaza. Parents and their children are
encouraged to volunteer to take turns to sell tickets to our community at the
shopping center. All students must be in their full day uniform. We sell on
Weekends and Thursday nights.
MAYFEST Annually Held - 2020 Covid 19 Lockdown Event Postponed
It’s about spending a day out with family and friends. Making new friends and finding connections. It’s about our students conquering their fears – either on stage performing for the very first time or having a go on that ‘scary’ ride. It’s about having FUN and building memories! Bring a picnic rug or chairs and settle in for the day. Listen to the live music, watch the dance performances – from cultural to hip hop, join the kids on a ride, stay for lunch or even dinner and finish off the night with Fireworks!Take advantage of our ‘All Day Ride Pass’ and let the kids enjoy the variety of rides and attractions. It’s great value for a day of fun.
So much to do for Mayfest. If you can volunteer leading up to the day or
on the day please contact Anita Grady on 0415 538 689 or secretary@msspc.org.au

Annual FUN RUN:
Who
will be our future Olympic runner? Join in the fun and see how long you can
last at our annual FUN RUN!
This
year it will be held in August 2020 during the afternoon
session (2.00pm - 3.00pm).
Parents
wear your best sports gear to be in the running for a best dressed parent
prize.
Sponsorship
is easy!
Simply sponsor your child per lap or by making a donation for the Fun Run. The
more sponsors your child collects, the greater the chance of winning one of the
great prizes.
All
children also get an Ice block at the end of the Run!
To encourage all students to participate, there will be many
terrific prizes.
An invitation is being extended for parents
to join in the fun!
For only $5 you can join in the fun with your child.
Your $5 entry fee will also put you in a draw for one of
the fabulous parent prizes on offer.
Last year we had a large number of parents participate
and we are hoping that there will be a greater number joining in this year.
Looking forward to a great afternoon.
