On Tuesday 21st July, MacGregor State School was excited to welcome The NED Show, an engaging and interactive performance that inspired students to believe in themselves, embrace challenges, and strive for success both in and out of the classroom.
Through an entertaining blend of storytelling, humour, audience participation and incredible yo-yo tricks, students explored the powerful messages behind NED's three key learning habits:
- Never give up
- Encourage others
- Do your best
These positive messages closely align with our school's commitment to fostering resilient, respectful and responsible learners. Students were encouraged to reflect on how perseverance, kindness and effort can help them overcome obstacles, achieve their goals and positively contribute to our school community.
The excitement continued beyond the performance, with many students eager to practise the yo-yo skills demonstrated during the show. More importantly, they left with valuable life lessons that will continue to support their learning and well-being throughout the year.
We thank The NED Show for delivering such an engaging and memorable experience and for inspiring our students to continue aiming high as they journey 'To the Stars!'
